Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions relating to sale of goods/terms of business with Looneydreams Limited
Contract
Once Looneydreams Limited accepts your order for purchase of goods or service by e-mail, fax or written letter confirming that it has dispatched your order a contract will exit between you and Looneydreams Limited. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Looneydreams Limited sends the e-mail/letter/fax to you.
100% payment lodgement is required prior to despatch of delivery of desired goods made payable to Looneydreams bank account, details of which are on the order form which will be despatched to you confirming details of your order which you will be asked to sign and return following email/fax or written letter of communication of desired goods to be purchased.
Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website (the "Price") for Looneydreams Limited and other related products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order via e-mail/letter/fax having lodged the full price to Looneydreams Limited bank account. Looneydreams Limited are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier's price, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong. VAT of 23% is included in all prices.
Delivery
We will make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time. We have negotiated with a reputable courier company for door to door delivery within Ireland at a reasonable cost. Sometimes delivery may be made direct from source country. Costs will be kept to a minimum. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility. Looneydreams Limited will endeavour to deliver the products to you within a 6 week lead-time, within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. However, we will endeavour to keep in contact with you should unforeseen circumstances arise. Please note that Looneydreams Limited will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products.

Please note in regard to linen textile products for sale by Looneydreams Limited - 80% natural linen fibre from the flax plant is loomed with 20% Egyptian cotton. It is woven under strict quality control conditions but due to the nature of the fibres there may be variations that are acceptable within the textile industry and indeed give it its unique quality. The "gold" symbol on the luxury wrap is hand crafted so variations will occur. Each symbol is unique and a trademark of Looneydreams Limited. As regards hand crafted silk organza items, as they are hand crafted variations will occur. With regard to Muftuoglu Daphne olive oil & Laurel leaf essential oil soap, this is a reputable family company presently in its fourth generation of business. But, should you feel you have any reaction to using it, please refrain from doing so and consult your General Practioner. Likewise with the kesé exfoliant mitten.

Looneydreams Limited will not share your personal information with any other person or company. Your transactions, whatsoever will be with Looneydreams Limited.
